Belleville Salt Storage Facility C-3
Turino assisted in the $1 Million, 8,600 square ft. construction of Belleville Salt Storage Facility C-3 located in North Kingstown, RI. The concrete and wood salt storage facility was built upon an existing maintenance road and was constructed for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT). The scope of this project included environmental soil remediation and underground oil tank removals, new drainage, water service, electric service, and site lighting installations, in addition to concrete retaining walls and site paving.
Our team utilized our expertise to develop the Baseline Schedule and monitor the project's progress during construction. In addition to facilitating meetings with the Contractor, Turino performed contemporaneous schedule analysis, generated update reports and delay logs, and assessed/identified the delay of responsibility and mitigation options.
