Wriston Quad Renovations
Turino was privileged to provide its scheduling services to oversee the $5 million renovation and improvements of Brown University’s Wriston Quad. The quad consists of four complex buildings, Goddard, Marcy, Olney, and Diman Halls, and houses some of the University’s fraternities and sororities. The schedule of this project was imperative due to the timing of the construction. Our team provided preconstruction Baseline Schedule reviews, and bi-weekly construction schedule progress and performance reviews, analysis, and evaluation reports. Additionally, Turino participated in Owner/Contractor monthly requisition reviews and bi-weekly progress status/issues meetings. Our consultants assessed any safety issues and observed the upgrade of all life and safety systems, while abiding by and monitoring the construction of handicap accessible spaces.
